AUDREY LYNN BUSH

For the Love of Dogs

Dogs have been my passion since I was very young. I received my first dog as a gift for Christmas when I was 6 years old. She was a Dachshund named Teta and she sealed the deal on my love for dogs. I used to stack her like a show dog in front of a mirror on the floor. I've always worked with dogs. I've been everything from a kennel tech at a boarding facility to a vet tech at an animal hospital. Eventually I became a bather for a National Certified Master Groomer and realized that grooming was what I truly wanted to do. I attended the Baltimore School of Dog Grooming and graduated in 2006. I've been grooming professionally since then, learning and honing my skills the entire time. I have attended grooming seminars and workshops to further my education; I am Pet CPR Certified; I am a National Certified Non-Sporting Groomer through the NDGAA; I am working towards becoming a National Certified Master Groomer; and I plan on competing in grooming competitions in the near future. I now have 2 children and 4 dogs including a standard poodle named Freya that I enjoy spending time primping and a new English Cocker Spaniel puppy, Fender, who will eventually represent Audrey Lynn Grooming in grooming competitions. High quality grooming and the best care possible are my top priorities. I truly love dogs and want them to be comfortable with the grooming experience. This is why I developed my business around the one on one experience. I only take on one appointment at a time and this allows the dogs to be comfortable and not left in cages for long periods of time or be surrounded by loud barking dogs. Dogs truly are my passion and I always strive to make them look and feel as good as possible.
